What happens if the SMS does not arrive?
Use the cancellation action shown for the activation. No charge applies when an activation qualifies for a refund under the service rules.
When is my balance charged?
You pay according to the activation result. The price and current activation state remain visible in your account.
Can I cancel an activation?
Yes, when the activation state allows it. The account interface and API expose the cancellation action offered for that activation.
Which countries and services are supported?
Prices are updated automatically from our catalogue. Choose a service to see every country we sell it for, with the price for each.
How many numbers do you have?
We do not publish that figure, because we do not have a real one to publish. What we do publish is the price of every service and country pair we sell, and you are charged by the result of the activation.
Can I use SMS Prime through an API?
Yes. The HTTP API can check balance and prices, request a number, read activation status, and cancel an activation.
