SMS Prime provides access to virtual phone numbers for supported SMS verification activations through the browser and API. Services, countries, prices, and activation actions are shown in the catalogue and in your account.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting login codes, API keys, sessions, and activity performed through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may use SMS Prime only for lawful, authorized activity. Fraud, spam, impersonation, unauthorized access, and abusive automation are prohibited. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.
4. Payments
The price shown before an order is the applicable activation price. Your balance and activation history show charges and adjustments. Payment methods are displayed in your account.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation depends on the activation state. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy and the recorded activation and payment data.
6. Service changes
SMS Prime may change, limit, or suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operation.
7. Account suspension
Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are violated, or when activity presents a material security, legal, or operational risk.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SMS Prime is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party service decisions, or events outside its reasonable control.
